Appel à candidatures – 2025
Le Programme de Formation Jeunes Leaders est un programme qui vise à renforcer la participation politique des jeunes hommes et femmes engagés dans la société civile, les syndicats et les partis politiques au Cameroun et de promouvoir les valeurs de la social-démocratie notamment la liberté, la justice et la solidarité.
Depuis 2012, la Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung forme des jeunes et des personnes engagées à Yaoundé. D'abord en tant que programme régional et depuis 2018 en mettant l'accent sur les participants camerounais. Nous recherchons 25 jeunes femmes et hommes qui participeront à des formations de 2 jours (jeudi à vendredi) à la fin de chaque mois de mars à octobre avec 8 sessions. Durant cette période, nous aborderons différents thèmes relatifs aux valeurs du leadership politique, à la communication et aux outils de gestion opérationnelle, en présentiel ou via Zoom.
Critères d'éligibilité :

Votre lettre de motivation doit faire référence à votre engagement dans la société camerounaise, expliquer ce que vous attendez du programme et développer la contribution des jeunes à la transformation du Cameroun.

Call for applications - 2025
The Young Leaders Training Programme aims to strengthen the political participation of young men and women involved in civil society, trade unions and political parties in Cameroon and to promote the values of social democracy, in particular freedom, justice and solidarity.
Since 2012 the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung has been training young and engaged people in Yaoundé. First as a regional program and since 2018 with a focus on Cameroonian participants. We are looking for 25 young women and men who will take part in 2-day training sessions (Thursday to Friday) at the end of each month from March to October with 8 sessions. During this time, we will touch upon various themes relating to the values of political leadership, communication and operational management tools, either face-to-face or via Zoom.
Eligibility criteria:
Please send your application, comprising a two-page covering letter and your detailed CV (max. 2 pages) in PDF format by email before 4 p.m. on 15 December 2025 to the following address: youngleaders(at)fes-kamerun.org.
Your cover letter should refer to your engagement in the Cameroonian society, explain what you expect from the programme and also elaborate on the contribution of young people to the transformation of Cameroon.
